Neko4d Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the neko4d platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any service provided by the neko4d platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the neko4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
- Not located in a region or jurisdiction where use of such a platform is prohibited under local law.
- Never previously banned or suspended from the neko4d platform for any reason.
Neko4d reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to decline registration applications without being required to provide a reason.
Continued use of the neko4d platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page periodically.
2Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the neko4d platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being cancelled and any balances forfeited. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. neko4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password. Please notify the platform immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
A neko4d account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other party. Use of an account by a third party is a breach of these terms and may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process is a serious breach of these terms. neko4d reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold any associated balance while an investigation is conducted.
3Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the neko4d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking through Malaysia's major banks. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they provide are accurate and belong to them.

Neko4d is not liable for processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review, which may take several business days. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the neko4d platform in a responsible and honest manner that does not negatively affect the experience of other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automation software, bots or scripts to access the platform
- Manipulating games or exploiting known system bugs
- Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt platform servers
- Making deposits using a payment method belonging to another person without authorisation
- Money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity
- Registering an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes
- Distributing harmful, disruptive or inappropriate content on the platform
5Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Neko4d provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The platform does not guarantee that its services will operate without interruption or error at all times. The platform's liability is limited to the amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
All content on the neko4d platform — including text, designs, logos, graphics and software code — is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. neko4d is not responsible for the policies, content or privacy practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Account Closure Policy, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Neko4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, temporarily or permanently, in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Where closure is due to a user violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the neko4d support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once identity verification is complete.
Neko4d reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
